Lily League® 2026 bevestigt groei van dubbelbloemige lelies
Tijdens de Dutch Lily Days én via onze online leliedatabase brachten kwekers, exporteurs, bloemisten en andere professionals uit de internationale sierteelt hun stem uit op hun favoriete lelierassen. Het resultaat is de Lily League® 2026: een actueel overzicht van de 50 populairste lelies wereldwijd.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 🌏
Visiting our customers in person isn't a once-a-year thing at Onings, it's something our sales team does throughout the year, wherever those customers happen to be. Mats' most recent trip, to China and Taiwan, was part of that same rhythm.
He travelled there to visit customers and growing locations firsthand, talk through what's moving in the market, walk the crops in person, and see with his own eyes how our tulip and lily bulbs are grown and used on the other side of the world.
One thing that struck him in Taiwan: how specific the market there is about lilies. "𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘶𝘥𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥," Mats explains. It's a good reminder that more flowers doesn't automatically mean more value. It also shows why testing new varieties at an early stage matters so much, in the end, it all comes down to what the local market actually wants.
